Our Claims Approach
We will process all claims from beginning to end on your behalf, working as a liaison between you and the carrier while providing transparent communication throughout the entire process. We work diligently to resolve all claims within 90 days while keep all parties compliant by following all policies and regulations of customers, carriers and industry standards. In line with keeping the process efficient, we’ll process all checks and ensure parties are paid in a timely manner when the claim is resolved. Customers can always view the status of their claim in the Claim Status Report or by reaching out directly to their dedicated freight claims administrator.
While we pride ourselves on our ability to efficiently navigate claims, we’d prefer our customers never had to deal with them in the first place. That is why we put a tremendous amount of effort into ongoing customer education and claims support.
