Reporting & Data
We often tell our customers, we don’t sell freight services- we sell access to big data and business intelligence.
In a world of “Big Data,” we pride ourselves on delivering meaningful analytics to our customers that allow them to gain significant insight into the performance of their transportation function. While everyone loves to throw around fluffy words about analytics, data, metrics and KPI’s, we put this information to use- leveraging our data capture abilities to continuously position our customers ahead of the curve and at the peak of supply chain performance.”
Report Center
Our Report Center, native to Motuship, allows our customers to develop, schedule and export reports on a myriad of transportation metrics on demand, 24/7. We provide our customers with the ability to generate up to the minute reports on areas ranging from carrier performance, freight routing compliance, inbound/in-transit freight and even claims.
This sort of transparency allows employees with multiple responsibilities in the freight world to get access to the information they need, when they need it.
Proactive Monitoring
Not only is freight data important to our customers, it’s also important to us! We’re constantly keeping an eye on several areas of your freight data in order to stay proactive with keeping your LTL strategy healthy. This monitoring and analysis allows us to consult our customers on what sort of changes might need to be made for continuous improvement in their LTL strategy. Whether we’re watching least-cost routing compliance to find holes in the carrier mix, examining lane data to identify opportunities for continued cost-savings in a carrier negotiation, or monitoring your adjustment history to find areas for further education to the people responsible for booking freight—we’ve got your back.
